This is Halleli, one of our Key Account Managers within the business unit Primary Care at Chiesi Nordic. Halleli has been a part of Chiesi since 2018, and she works within the respiratory field in the Copenhagen capital area and Zealand region of Denmark. In her role she is visiting both GPs/respiratory specialists as well as hospitals. Additionally, Halleli is involved in various international and national projects.
Education-wise Halleli has a master’s degree in economics and business administration from Copenhagen Business School, specializing in strategy and marketing. Prior to her current position at Chiesi she wrote her thesis on the strategic launch of Trimbow in the Danish market.
What do you think is the most fun with your work?
I find it very inspiring to get the opportunity to involve myself in various internal projects and develop my skills. I love the fact that I have a voice in Chiesi and that I am enabled to not only be a part of implementing strategy but also to influence the direction we are going in.
Which qualities do you believe are the most important to be a part of Chiesi?
I believe it is important with professionalism but also a willingness to learn and think outside the box to work on new solutions.
How do you feel that you have developed during your time at Chiesi?
The Key Account Manager role enables me to evolve on both a professional and personal level. It has pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and that makes me continuously grow and learn. The great thing about working at Chiesi is that they invest in their people; I was excited to be accepted to the "JOY" (Junior on Strategy) program which provides me with an exceptional opportunity to continue my development within Chiesi.
